Iertaţi-mă că intervin, dar Dumneavoastră prezentaţi aici un exemplu de diagramă- păianjen folosită în analiza faliei de performanţă (Gap Analysis). Ţinta predefinită ar fi poligonul exterior (performanţele maxime), şi ceea ce se măsoară sunt diferenţele până la ţintă. Din cauza aceasta, Gap Analysis se mai traduce uneori ca Analiza diferenţelor. Dar cum definiţi personalitatea? În ultimă instanţă, aceasta se referă la modul de a face alegeri, de a construi judecăţi de valoare. Din text nu prea apare aceasta. Sper că nu v – am supărat.
